Decently priced clothing store that has styles of all kinds.. great for getting some good clothes for not a lot of money or not breaking the bank. The staff are also pretty helpful. They have changing rooms and everything you'd need for new additions to your wardrobe.. I recommend stopping in if you're looking for some new clothes or shoes.
The store is well kept compared to the other Ross that I’ve been to. Some staff are friendly but for the majority, the staff are cranky and doesn’t even greet you when you reach the register. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been here and each time, the cashier has NEVER greeted me. Could it be that I’m Asian? Idk because they seem to greet to the non Asian customers. Whether they think I know how to speak English or not, it’s always polite and professional to greet your customers.
I found some great items at discounted prices. Staff was friendly, and I will definitely return to supplement my wardrobe.
A few months ago I had a wonderful experience at this location. I recently returned from a trip out of the country in which my luggage was damaged within the first leg. Immediately I was upset that I had purchased a faulty product so I brought it back to this store, unsure of what the outcome would be since the product was damaged and out of its return window. Thankfully the associate who assisted me was sympathetic and able to return the item for store credit. She informed me that she had never seen such damage from that particular product and advised me to file a complaint with the airline, which I never even thought to do. Thank you Ross for helping me out of a bind!

The place is obviously understaffed. And its obvious what to blame. Walk right in and see hiring for 13 an hour.
Enough is enough if you want quality labor and happy customers pay your people at least 18.
